The Anxiety Relief Roadmap will guide you through observing and overcoming what's going on in your mind and body so you can release built up anxiety, be less reactive to daily stressors, and relieve the tension in your body.

Here’s how it works.

You schedule our first Zoom call to get started. Then we dive in and:

  • In weeks 1 and 2, we start increasing your awareness and get clear on your biggest anxiety pain points.

    We meet on Zoom and follow-up via emails so you have everything you need to start catching your anxious thoughts quicker.

    By the end of week 2, you’re already becoming less anxious and more mindful and relaxed during the day.

  • Next, we learn and apply somatic healing techniques and cognitive-behavioural therapy tools to start recognizing and mitigating stressful thoughts as they come up.

    By the end of week 8, you’re feeling more in control of your thoughts and emotions and see a significant reduction in your spiralling and ruminating.

  • Lastly, we create a plan to help you stay in control of your anxiety in the future.

    By now, you’re less reactive throughout the day. You're suffering less and feel more confident in being able to manage your stress and anxiety.

The investment is just $240/week or $2,000 for the 10 weeks.
