A journey into emotional liberation.
Sometimes it feels like no matter how much we try, we keep ending up in the same painful patterns.
We keep moving through life on autopilot — replaying the same thoughts, falling into the same reactions, living with quiet beliefs we don’t even realize we’re carrying.
We’re trying to hold it all together, but underneath, we feel disconnected, dysregulated, or quietly afraid that something in us is just too broken to fix. That we’ll always be too much — or not enough.
Feel Your Feels is a gentle 6-week container that helps you step out of that loop. You’ll learn to notice your thoughts, feel emotions in your body, uncover the deeper stories behind them, and sit with your experience instead of running from it.
Because until you can see your patterns clearly, they run the show. Once you can name them, you can choose differently. This course helps you move from reaction to response — from being controlled by old stories to living with greater freedom, lightness, and joy.

Practice sitting with discomfort, building the capacity to respond instead of react.
Carry forward a toolkit of practices — journaling, somatic awareness, integration rituals — to keep going long after the course ends.
